We have a new thatched holiday home available in a wooded area in Baarle-Nassau from February 1, 2022.
The house is suitable for 5 people and is located in a wooded area in the holiday park 'Parc de Kievit'.
The house is completely equipped with a modern and fresh interior.
The garden is enclosed with a sunny terrace.
There is a wood-fired hot tub in the garden and a spacious covered garden room with outdoor kitchen.
The spacious living room has a cozy corner sofa, 55" TV with Ziggo channels and a Playstation.
The very luxurious open kitchen is equipped with all the luxury you could wish for; large American refrigerator with large screen and internet connection, large oven, separate combination microwave, ceramic 90cm hob, Quooker boiling water tap, dishwasher and various coffee makers. A cozy dining area completes the living room. From the living room/kitchen you walk through double doors onto the very spacious and sunny terrace with 2 different seating groups and a large dining table.
There is also a work area with desk on the top floor of the house. The rest of the house is located entirely on the ground floor.
The internet is free to use.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room.
The house has 2 bedrooms; 1 with a double bed and TV and one with a bunk bed with a double lower bed and a single upper bed.
The bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet.
An 11kW charging station for electric cars is available upon request.
Of course, dogs are welcome here; the entire ground floor has easy tiles with underfloor heating. The park has an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, miniature golf course, restaurant and children's playground.
Sometimes the house is also available at short notice if the agenda is blocked. Please contact us so that we can provide a free period in the calendar.
