Holiday home de Bedstee

Upon arrival the  holiday home you can relax immediately, the beds are already made for you.

Price is based on 2 adults and includes free wifi, television and energy consumption. and some basic facilities such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and hand soap. Car please park in the parking lot not at the accommodation, you can use the covered bicycle shed with charging points. Cleaning costs and bed linen are mandatory. 

Optional extra charge:  3rd or 4th person are 20 per person per night *excl. Tax. 

Mandatory costs: cleaning fee, bed linen and tourist tax.

The house is smoke and pet free!

In the unlikely event that you have to cancel, the following applies:

A cancellation is only valid if it has been reported in writing (by email/contact form). That date is leading for the cancellation. If the tenant cancels the agreement before the effective date, he will owe a fixed compensation. 

• In case of cancellation up to 90 days before the effective date, cancellation free of charge.
• In case of cancellation from 90 days to 60 days before the start date, 15% of the agreed price.
• In case of cancellation from 60 days to 42 days before the start date, 50% of the agreed price.
• In case of cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before the start date, 75% of the agreed price.
• In case of cancellation from 28 days before the start date, 90% of the agreed price.
• If cancelled on the day of arrival or no show, 100% of the agreed price.
