Wifi is available and free, as is the parking spot at the cottage. Centrally located in South Limburg. The perfect base to discover the Heuvelland, Parkstad, Aachen or Maastricht.
Simpelveld is located exactly between the two, so you can quickly reach Maastricht, Valkenburg, Epen or Gulpen, but also quickly on the Brunssummerheide or, for example, Landgraaf. Cycling, hiking, cycling, skiing in Landgraaf Snowworld, Pinkpop, Belgium, Germany, everything on your doorstep. That makes Simpelveld a unique base. Enjoy the Euregion, with Vaals and its 3 country point at 10 Km. distance, or walk directly 200 meters. from the cottage into the vast nature. Visit the center of Simpelveld with the steam train Z.L.S.M. (mostly on weekends).
A day trip to Aachen (Germany) is also wonderful to do.

We have lived in Simpelveld for many years and would like to introduce you to this beautiful area, based on our cozy Steef's holiday home. We really enjoy walking and cycling in the beautiful Heuvelland. We use the beautiful landscape every day! We know beautiful places and delicious restaurants because we also like to go out for a nice meal!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
