The sustainable holiday home is located on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher. Towels and bed linen are provided on site for an additional fee. The privacy of the holiday bungalow is completed by a private entrance.
A bar and restaurant with mini golf and children's playgrounds right next to the property invite young and old to linger.
The holiday home offers ski rental, bicycle rental and car rental. The area is ideal for hiking, skiing, cycling and motorcycle tours. A point of sale for ski passes and guided tours is also available on site.

On a quiet park in South Limburg. Enjoy the unique location in the Heuvelland.

Come and enjoy our holiday home in the quiet, green but central holiday park in beautiful South Limburg, the hilly landscape is great for cycling and walking. Here you will find the most beautiful cycling routes for E-bikes, mountain biking, but also for cycling and also for motorcycle tours through the Heuvelland.

It is not for nothing that you will find major cycling events here every year, such as Limburgs mooiste, Amstelgoldrace and the tour de france ladys.

Visit the nice cities such as the German Aachen, Belgian Liège, or the beautiful city of Maastricht, or the Dreilandepunkt in Vaals.

You can certainly eat Burgundian food in Limburg as well.

Enjoying nature, cities and villages can certainly be found here, but also taste the romantic atmosphere.

Water can also be found here in abundance, such as the Meuse, a nice boat trip or kayaking can be found here.

Nearby is the beautiful indoor swimming pool Vie in Kerkrade and in Gulpen you can find the Subtrobic indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
If snow appeals to you more, we have the indoor ski area Snowworld Landgraaf and the ice rink of Aachen less than 12 minutes away.

There is also a lot of fun for children, such as the Discovery Museum in Kerkrade, the award-winning Gaia Zoo in Kerkrade and the Mondo Verde Family Park in Landgraaf.
Not to be forgotten is the Miljoenenlijntje from the mining past with its beautiful steam trains that runs through the South Limburg landscape. Hop on in Simpelveld!

For horse lovers, the world-famous "jumping indoor" horse tournaments at the MECC/Maastricht in November and CHIO Aachen in June/July offer an unforgettable happening. Also worth a visit are the Marl Caves where Dino sand sculptures can be found.

The holiday home is located in the middle of the park square. After this, you can drive a car into the park to the house and unload. The car may be parked on the park square in the Holiday Park. 

Don't  forget to pay the final cleaning fee is € 55.00 . The tourist tax is € 2 per person per night for children from 5 years old. Pay the relevant amount to the horst.   
   
Complete your stay:
You can borrow the bed linen from us for € 11 per bed. Then the beds are already made when you arrive, which many guests really appreciate. Don't feel like taking towels with you or don't have enough of them? – Borrow it per set for 4,00 € from us. Reservations can always be made via e-mail or WhatsApp. Pay the relevant amount to the horst.

Tea towels are provided. Toilet paper, paper towel and tablets for the dishwasher are ready for you!

In our Holiday Home there is a Senseo coffee machine ready for you.

A container at the bungalow is available to store your bicycles safely and dry.
