Our bungalow is fully furnished and located on a small-scale holiday park in Simpelveld, South Limburg.
The house is on one level and has 2 bedrooms with 1 person box springs, shower with toilet, open kitchen and living area.
For the children there are playgrounds with playground equipment, mini golf, table tennis and football field.

The property overlooks the garden with its private terrace. The bungalow is equipped with free WiFi and Smart TV.
You can rent bicycles at the park.

The property is 9 km from Aachen, 5 km from Vaals, 11 km from Valkenburg and 20 km from Maastricht.

Linen package can be brought by yourself or can be rented at the reception within opening hours!
Cot and high chair can also be reserved.

We have been renting out our holiday bungalow since December 2020 with great pleasure.
We live 10 minutes away (Vaals) from the bungalow with our 2 children.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
