Madelief is located in the beautiful South Limburgse Heuvelland at bungalow park Simpelveld. The house has 2/2 pers. bedrooms on the upper floor. Ground Floor: modern furnished large living room, open kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower. House has a spacious storage room, the possibility to charge e-bikes. A big plus of this house is the large enclosed private garden, so a lot of privacy. In the garden you can see all the year round animal friends such as birds and squirrels, wonderfully relaxing. Madelief is centrally located for day trips to, for example, Maastricht, Valkenburg, Vaals, Aachen, GaiaZoo, Mondoverde, etc.

The park has a restaurant, playgrounds, bowls and the option to rent bicycles.
In bad weather, plenty of indoor activities are possible in the area (such as the Leisure Dome Kerkrade).

We are Jos and Melanie, father and daughter. We live in beautiful South Limburg. After working hard for 6 months to renovate our home, we have reached the point where we also want other people to enjoy our Madelief house. We therefore believe it is important that Madelief is treated with courtesy and respect. We also ensure that guests can stay in a clean house and enjoy our large private garden. That is why Madelief is not rented out permanently.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, 30% of the rental price remains due; for cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date 50%. If canceled on the start date of the rental period, the full rental price remains due.

Tourist tax (1.55 pp per night) please pay upon arrival.

The kitchen is from November 2021 and still smells new! It is fully equipped.
Cozy together at the table. This needs no explanation, right?
In this living room you can enjoy hours of fun together. For example with a drink and a snack. There is also a TV so you don't have to miss a newscast. And of course free wifi.
The bungalow has five bedrooms; each with two beds. Wonderful to rest from all that enjoyment.

At Restaurant Nieuw Vosseven you can enjoy a delicious lunch and dinner for fair prices. Or you can simply sit on the terrace with a cup of coffee or a beer and enjoy the view of the fen.
The children have also been thought of. Great to play outside. There is an abundance of space and healthy air.
