French atmosphere, located at our Gasterie Lieve Hemel (charming hotel with restaurant & wine bar) Perfect base for walking and cycling through the Peel or to the Maas. Or with children &Toverland.
Charming cottage with living & petit cuisine. A lovely private gîte in our garden where you can relax with the two of you. Possibly still suitable as young parents with 1 or 2 children and or a baby. For 2 children up to 16 years old there is room in the Lit de Armoire (bunk bed closet), cozy your own place but still safely nearby.
Decorated of course in our own French style with blue. The view is completely focused on our garden, sun and shade from the old trees. Private terrace with table and chairs in front of the garden door. Layout:

living room with open kitchen, TV, WIFI, 2 Chesterfield chairs and a dining table in the kitchen.
Separate master bedroom with box spring bed (180-210) with open shower, sink & toilette (and the bunk bed closet for 2 kids).
Wood stove.
Central heating.

The Boutique apartments can be rented by:

Weekend (Friday-Sunday evening or Monday morning)
Midweek (Monday-Friday)
Week (Friday-Friday, outside high season also Mon-Mon)
2 nights also possible, 1 night as last minute.

Since 2007 we have been running 2 gites in addition to 7 guest rooms, restaurant and wine bar.
Limburg hospitality and gastronomy with French preference. We also import French wines directly from our winegrowers in the Languedoc. Trés Francais with a Limburg sauce. Bienvenue!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are set per season. Includes, beds made, and bath and kitchen linen and the first basket of firewood. For packages, please contact us.

We have a cancellation policy, which is recommended to easily take out cancellation insurance, so you will never be faced with surprises.

Up to 2 months before arrival 50%.

After that, 100% of the accommodation costs are due.

The cancellation policy also applies if the reservation is changed or moved to a later date. Credit card and PayPal costs will always be deducted in case of cancellation.
