Enjoy peace, space and nature

Welcome to our comfortable detached bungalow in Posterholt, in the middle of the greenery of Central Limburg. The bungalow is wonderfully spacious for two adults, but also a nice place for a family of up to four people. You have a large, fully fenced private garden, a private driveway next to the bungalow and plenty of space to sit outside. The park is small-scale and quiet. No large holiday park with busy entertainment here, but a nice place to relax, walk, cycle and spend time together.

And whether you come in the summer or in the spring or autumn: Limburg has something to offer every season.

Extra comfortable for two

Are you going on holiday as a couple? Then you have plenty of space here. A big advantage is that the double bedroom, bathroom, toilet, living room and kitchen are all on the ground floor. So you don't have to use stairs for the most important facilities. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed of 180 x 200 cm (with 2 mattresses of 90 x 200 cm). Our guests are enthusiastic about it: in various reviews, the good beds and mattresses are mentioned.

The two bedrooms upstairs also make the bungalow very suitable for a family with up to four people.

A lovely garden for any time of the day

The large, green private garden is one of the nicest places in the bungalow. You will find different seating areas, so you can always find a place in the sun or shade. Enjoy a cup of tea in the morning, read a book in the afternoon or sit outside after a nice cycling or walking tour. The garden is fully fenced and offers a lot of privacy. Due to its location in the middle of the greenery, there is also regularly something to see: birds and with a bit of luck even a squirrel will pass by.

Even when the weather is not so good, you can enjoy the outdoor feeling in the conservatory.

Car at the bungalow, bicycles safely stored

Practically, it is also well organized here. You park your car in the private driveway next to the bungalow. So you don't have to walk with your luggage from a central parking lot to the cottage after arrival. Are you coming with an electric car? Charging points are available about 100 meters from the bungalow, just outside the barrier. For cycling enthusiasts, the location is ideal. In the area you will find beautiful cycling and walking routes and from the park you can easily discover the Limburg landscape.  You can safely store your own bicycles in the detached barn. There are also two (regular) bicycles available for our guests.

Also a nice place for families

During the holidays, the bungalow is also ideal for a family of four. There are three bedrooms: one spacious double bedroom downstairs and two single rooms upstairs. The large garden gives children plenty of space and the park includes an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and various sports and play facilities. This way you can go out during the day or enjoy the park and return to the tranquility of your own bungalow in the evening.

Quiet park, plenty to do

Holiday park 't Posterbos is a small-scale and quiet holiday park, surrounded by greenery. On/near the park you will find, among other things:

• an indoor swimming pool
• an outdoor swimming pool
• sports and play facilities
• Bocce
• Table tennis
• a restaurant
• bowling and other activities

The nice thing is that you have the amenities close by, while your bungalow itself is quiet and green.

Cycling and walking from the bungalow

Lovers of cycling and walking are in the right place here. From the park you can cycle or walk straight into the wooded area. We recommend the Happiness Route, which runs right past the park. De Meinweg National Park and the Roer Valley are also in the area. After an active day, you can return to your own green garden, store the bikes safely and relax.

Discover Central Limburg

From Posterholt you can go in all directions. For example, visit:

• Roermond – for a day in the city, culture, terraces and of course the Designer Outlet.
• De Meinweg National Park – for beautiful walks and bike rides through forests, heathland and stream valleys.
• Aerwinkel Castle – a beautiful destination for a walk or bike ride.
• The Maasplassen – about 15 kilometers away, for water sports, boating or just enjoying the water.
• Germany is also nearby, so you can easily cross the border during a stay.
