Welcome to Holiday Home Bosrand in Posterholt!

Experience a relaxing and carefree stay in our cozy holiday home. Holiday home Bosrand is a detached house, located at the end of a quiet, cul-de-sac, and therefore offers a lot of privacy. The house is perfectly located on the edge of a picturesque forest, which makes for a peaceful and natural environment. We would like to point out that smoking is not allowed in the house and that pets are unfortunately not welcome for hygienic reasons.

The village has an indoor swimming pool, so you can enjoy a refreshing dip even in rain or cold, and an outdoor pool for the hot summer days, perfect for some water fun with family or friends.

The beautiful outdoor space
What makes our holiday home special is the spacious, secluded garden. Here you can enjoy nature, sunbathe, play or eat outside in complete privacy. The view over the surrounding greenery provides the perfect place to relax and unwind.

In addition, the holiday home has a spacious front garden with a wooden seating area that offers a beautiful distant view towards the meadow and the forest. This is an ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee or simply relax and admire the natural beauty. The view over the open space and the surrounding forest creates a serene atmosphere and provides a wonderful setting for quiet moments in the open air.

And best of all, you are directly in the beautiful nature from the holiday home. The forest is right next to the holiday home, which makes it perfect for hikers and nature lovers. You can simply walk out the door and enjoy a direct access to nature, with numerous hiking and biking opportunities to explore the area.

The holiday home
In our holiday home BG 159 you will find all the comforts and comforts you need for a relaxing stay. The house is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The peaceful surroundings will make you feel right at home. Whether you want to enjoy a book by the fireplace, take a long walk in the woods, or just relax in the garden.

Ground floor of Holiday Home Bosrand:
On the ground floor of the holiday home you will find a bright and spacious open kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities such as an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, spacious fridge and freezer. Coffee makers and an electric kettle are also provided for your convenience. The kitchen offers everything you need for a hassle-free cooking experience.

The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxation. The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere on chilly evenings, and the air conditioning provides cooling in the summer or heating in the winter. There is a reading lamp for fine illumination if you want to enjoy a book. Plus, Wi-Fi is available, so you can stay connected for work or entertainment.

Also in the storage room you will find a washing machine, drying rack and vacuum cleaner and useful amenities such as a parasol, a hammock for the ultimate relaxation, and a BBQ to enjoy a cozy meal outside. There is also a high chair for the little ones.

The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and a practical vanity unit with ample storage space for toiletries. A mirror above the washbasin completes the picture. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin and a mirror, for extra convenience and comfort.

The holiday home has two bedrooms on the top floor:
The first bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed, for optimal sleeping comfort. The second bedroom has two 1-person box-spring beds, ideal for guests who want to sleep separately. Both bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables next to the beds and a wardrobe for your personal belongings.

Activities in the area
The surroundings of Holiday Home Bosrand offer plenty of walking and cycling opportunities, ideal for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. The nearby Meinweg nature reserve is perfect for exploring on foot or by bike, with extensive forests, moors and streams. There are several walking and cycling routes that lead you along the most beautiful and quiet places in the area.

For shopping enthusiasts, the Designer Outlet in Roermond is a short distance away, with a wide range of luxury brands and boutiques. The historic cities of Maastricht and Valkenburg, with their rich history and cozy cafes, are also worth a visit and easily accessible.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.
