Our apartment is highly appreciated by the many guests we have received over the past 16 years. This has resulted in good reviews.

Roosteren is located in a beautiful landscape that is characterized by the flow of the Meuse.
There are plenty of opportunities for recreation on or along the water. Guesthouse 'Maasheuvel' is the ideal base for the sporty nature and culture lover, because you will stay at the crossroads of a large cycling route network and numerous walking routes.
It is located in the  'Green waist of Limburg' which stands for the narrowest part of the Netherlands. So narrow that you can walk from Germany to Belgium within one hour .
You will also get your money's worth from the wide range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
