Blitterswijck (Limburgs: Blitterswik) is a village on the Maas in North Limburg, about 20 km north of Venlo. In the area you can enjoy cycling and walking. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 14th and 7th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 7th and 4th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 4 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
