Ut Good

Ut Good in Bemelen is a holiday home in a former farmhouse. There are 5 beautiful rooms in the courtyard (ut Good), equipped with the most modern comforts in what used to be the pigsties. Each attractive room has a loft and private bathroom.

There is a large common room for breakfast and in the evening you can sit together by the stove. In summer, a large garden is at your disposal and breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace in the morning.

The surroundings of Bemelen have a lot to offer; located in a beautiful nature reserve with its marl caves and the cozy old town of Maastricht is a 15-minute bike ride away. There is a golf course within walking distance and cities such as Liège and Aachen are quick and easy to reach.

Since 2013 we have been enjoying receiving guests in a wing of our U-shaped farmhouse. We want to introduce our guests to the beautiful surroundings of Maastricht and Valkenburg, with all its traditions and peculiarities.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival and departure times:

weekend: Friday 16.00h. - Monday 11.00 a.m.

midweek: Monday 16.00h. - Friday 11.00 a.m.

Payment:

50% of the total rental price upon reservation

50% of the total rent 2 months before the start of the rental period

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation, we are unfortunately forced to charge costs. The cancellation costs are:

50% of the total amount up to 1 month before the arrival date.

From 1 month before the arrival date until one week before arrival it is 75% of the total amount.

In case of cancellation from one week before arrival, no refund will be made.

We recommend that you always take out cancellation insurance.
