Detached holiday home (180 m²/1000 m² terrace and lawn). Not in a holiday park. Quiet in the countryside. Dogs welcome. The nostalgic forest and sandy roads are great for hiking. On the spacious terrace and between the trees in the meadow you can completely relax, looking over the forests of the Limburg countryside (see the photos). Enjoy singing birds and nature.

Enjoy Limburg beauty. The holiday home is located in Rijkel next to the forest, near the lovely village of Beesel, voted the "Greenest Village in the Netherlands" and known for the Dragon Stabbing Festival. Within walking distance (500m) of the Maas and the Smalm stream. The forest is part of the Maas-Swalm-Nette nature reserve. You can spot beavers there. There are 21 badger setts.
It is a beautiful cycling and walking area.
The largest Designer Outlet in Europe is 8 km away in Roermond. With 285 stores full of fashion from well-known brands.
Within walking distance there is a working flour mill from 1806, where you can buy buckwheat flour (pancakes!) and spelt flour.
It is a good fishing area. The Dutch record catfish was caught 1 kilometer from the holiday home. There are also large carp.
There are plenty of terraces for coffee with Limburg flan. Dutch champion flan baking, the baker Gommans, is 3 kilometers away from the holiday home!
Our neighbor sells fresh asparagus from our own land in season.
