Detached holiday home on the lake with private jetty and lots of privacy

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this attractive detached holiday home for 5 people, beautifully situated on the water. Thanks to the spacious garden, the private jetty and the quiet location, this is the ideal place to completely unwind.

On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with a view of the garden and the lake, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and sink. In addition, there is a separate toilet, a spacious hall and a storage room with washing machine.

On the first floor there are two comfortable double bedrooms and a single bedroom.

Through the living room you reach the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the sun, a good book or a cozy barbecue. The large garden borders directly on the lake and has its own jetty and SUP board. Whether you like to fish, take a boat with you or simply want to enjoy the view over the water, you will experience the ultimate holiday feeling here.

The park

During your stay you can use the facilities in and around the park. Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool with slide and paddling pool, play a game of miniature golf or padel, or rent a pedal boat. There are several playgrounds for children. By the pool you will also find a restaurant, snack bar and cozy terraces.

Discover Westerwolde

The house is located in the beautiful Westerwolde, one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Groningen. Walk or cycle through vast forests, along winding streams and atmospheric villages. Visit the historic fortress of Bourtange, discover Ter Apel Monastery, take a trip to Groningen or cross the border for a day in Germany. For the children, Dinopark & Tenaxx Estate is nearby. Lovers of nature, water sports, fishing and tranquility will find everything for a wonderful holiday here.

This is the 2 person bedroom on the ground floor. In addition, there are 4 more bedrooms on the first floor. This bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet and the upstairs bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet and there is a third toilet in the hall on the ground floor.

From the living room you can walk straight onto the veranda and into the garden and through the part you see in this photo you enter the bedroom on the ground floor where you go to the terrace with the Ibiza chairs.

The Zuidlaardermer, 100 meters from the Lakehouse across the water and about 2 km if you walk, cycle or go by car. It is a nature reserve where you will find beavers, otters and the most special birds such as Bearded Man • Bluethroat • Marsh Harrier • Little Grebe and Black Grebe.

This is the back of Lakehouse Holland. Here you can clearly see that the house is right on the water. You can jump into the water from the jetty. There is also a bathing ladder if you prefer that.

The dining table and the open kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped. You will really want for nothing.
Enjoy a long time at the large dining table in the kitchen.
This living area is adjacent to the open kitchen, continues into an extra sitting area and gives access to the veranda.
On the covered veranda there is an opportunity to enjoy a good meal or to enjoy together. In addition to these seats, there is also a lounge sofa, gas heater and a hanging chair. The windows of the veranda can also be opened completely.
In the garden there is an extra large outdoor table where 12 people can eat. This is on the terrace on the water next to the veranda.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a patio door to the terrace with three lovely Ibiza chairs. This room is so spacious that the existing cot can be placed here.
This bed is together with another bed in a bedroom on the first floor.
This bedroom has 2 beds of 90 x 210 and this bedroom is on the first floor and has a French balcony.
On the 1st floor, 1 of the 4 bedrooms is suitable for 3 people.
The garden is on the water, but the edge is trimmed with a net and two gates.
