The house (110m2) is located in the middle of nature and on the water. The house has a spacious and bright living room with unobstructed views of the lake.
It has modern and comfortable furnishings. Heating by central heating or a wood stove (firewood available), a spacious kitchen with built-in appliances and coffee bean grinding machine. Crockery and cooking utensils provided.
Two bedrooms for 4 to 5 beds. Both downstairs and upstairs a toilet. Spacious bathroom with toilet, bath and shower.
Around the house is a spacious sheltered garden with 3 sunbeds, 4 garden chairs and dining table. There is also a jetty with a seating platform, where you can enjoy the evening sun. There is also a fire pit and wood available for a long warm evening outside.
You can also use the 2 canoes and 4 bicycles available.
The comfortable 4-person motorboat can be rented (for the entire period) for €35 per day.
The house and garden can be used privately, but there is social company of my 2 (child) friendly cats. These are mainly outside and can enter through a cat flap to eat. The cats must be provided with food once a day (is of course available).
