This attractive bungalow is fully wheelchair accessible. The spaces are cleverly arranged and due to the recent renovation you will lack nothing! The living room is connected to the open kitchen. You look through every window into the forest, where the deer regularly walk by. The bathroom is fully adapted and has a height-adjustable sink, shower chair and raised toilet. There is a spacious bedroom with electric beds and a small bedroom with an electric bed.
The bungalow has two spacious terraces and private parking.
The bungalow is located on the beautiful wooded estate 't Zand.
You will stay in the forest of a beautiful estate with various fens, heaths and sand drifts! With diverse restaurants within walking-cycling distance!
On arrival you will find a pan of homemade soup from the hostess.
We have a very small-scale company with 3 bungalows and a group accommodation on the beautiful estate 't Zand. Rest, privacy and customer satisfaction are of paramount importance to us. Each accommodation has sufficient privacy, private parking, garden and terrace.
Prices 2023
Low season : €410,- per week (Friday-Friday)
High season: € 510 per week (School holidays and public holidays Friday-Friday)
The prices include VAT, made beds and bed and kitchen linen, use of the washing machine.
The prices are exclusive of tourist tax (€ 1.25 pppn) and cleaning (bungalow € 65 per booking)
For your pet you pay € 15 per stay, your assistance dog will of course stay with us for free!
