The hamlet of Corle is located a short distance from the center of Winterswijk.
This is where the farmhouse of Peter & Hanny Kos is located.

The holiday home is located on a spacious plot of approximately 3300 meters and is the front house of a farm from 1912, completely renovated into a double house in 1990. In a beautiful location with large garden, pond and large shovel in a rural and wooded area. area with extensive cycle paths and approx. 4 km. from the center of Winterswijk.

The holiday home has its own entrance and consists of a spacious living/sitting room, equipped with radio, TV and WiFi. Modern spacious kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, combi oven and fully equipped, utility room with washing machine, 2 spacious bedrooms each with a double bed and spacious wardrobes, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, all on one level with a spacious private terrace and large garden. There is a private lockable space in the shed for bicycles. Here you will find peace and space both in and around the house. For hygienic reasons we do not allow pets.

We are Hanny and Peter Kos. Owners of the holiday home. We converted the front house of our farmhouse in 2017 into a spacious holiday home with 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen, living room and bathroom. The holiday home is located on a spacious plot of approximately 3300 meters and is the front house of a farm from 1820. In a beautiful location with large garden, pond and shovel in a rural and wooded area with extensive cycle paths and approximately 4 km. Winterswijk.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

* Prices mentioned are based on 1-2 persons with 1 bedroom. Surcharge 3-4 persons and/or 2nd bedroom € 125,=.

Prices include:
- clean bed linen and kitchen linen (1x per week/stay) - Gas and electricity - Tourist tax - cleaning - Wifi.

Deposit:
Deposit is 30% of the rent within 14 days after booking.
Remaining payment -70% of the booking amount- no later than 30 days before the day of arrival.

Optional 1: Bike rental City bike / Ebike men and women Book in advance. Rates:
day € 12,50 / € 25,= - weekend € 37,50 / € 75,= - midweek € 50,= /100,= - full week € 62,50 / € 125,=
Optional 2: Bath textile set consisting of: 2x towels 50x100 / 2x bath towel 70x140 / 2x washcloths. Rate per set/per stay: € 15,=. To be booked in advance.

Cancellation:
- If cancelled within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
- In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the total booking amount.
- In case of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 60% of the total booking amount.
- In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the total booking amount.
- In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total booking amount.
