This cozy holiday home is located on the edge of Winterswijk, in a small-scale recreation park. Close to the Bönninkbos and the Hilgelo recreational lake. In the middle of beautiful nature and the characteristic bocage landscape of the Achterhoek. The cottage has a spacious living room with 2 sitting areas, a spacious open kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower and bath. Both a toilet on the ground floor and on the first floor. In the spacious living room with patio doors there is a large dining table and in the separate sitting area there is a SMART television. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a combination microwave. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer. On the first floor there are two bedrooms for 2 and 3 persons respectively. The newly landscaped garden has a terrace near the kitchen and a large lockable storage room. There is ample parking space next to the house. Pets are allowed.

Time seems to have stood still around Winterswijk. Here idyllic streams wind their way through the small-scale farmland landscape with forests, fields and hedgerows. In the vicinity of Winterswijk, Natuurmonumenten manages no fewer than 14 nature reserves! The nature reserves are definitely worth a visit. You will find farms with organic fields, flowery meadows and hedgerows, forests with meandering streams and heathlands. From the house you can walk straight into the Bönninkbos. The recreational lake 't Hilgelo offers a nice place to swim in the summer. Walkers can make many kilometers around Winterswijk. This house is an excellent base for this. But the cycling network around Winterswijk is also very extensive. If you want to do something cultural, Winterswijk has a number of nice museums. Winterswijk has many nice restaurants for the inner person. But a day of shopping is also possible in the center of Winterswijk with its many shops and free parking.
