The Luxury holiday home is very quietly located on a cul-de-sac on the edge of a forest with a stream. The spacious house has entrance with toilet, attractively furnished living room with sliding doors to the terrace. An open fully equipped kitchen, downstairs a bedroom and then a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, whirlpool and sink. The first floor contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a second luxury bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and SAUNA. A storage room with washing machine and dryer.

The large garden has several seating areas including a haystack as a covered terrace barbeque and 2 parking spaces  for several cars,  the fenced garden is approximately 1000 m-2 in size, and fully fenced so you can enjoy peace, space and privacy. Finally, there is a bicycle shed. In the nearby riding school you have the possibility to stable your horse.

Hello I am Hans Lichtenberg. I was a Winterswijker in heart and soul and was born and raised here. I am devoted to the bocage landscape which makes the municipality of Winterswijk so unique. Due to the Ice Age, the ice brought many different soil layers to Winterswijk. This results in a unique and very varied landscape, flora and fauna. Winterswijk is therefore ideally suited for people who can enjoy it. I hope you enjoy one of my holiday homes.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and two large wardrobes (partly equipped with games and some toys).
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a cot.
Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed with two single mattresses which form a second bed.
The kitchen with underfloor heating and a view of the terrace is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, convection oven and full crockery and utensils.
The bathroom with shower, sink and towel radiator. The bathroom has underfloor heating.
The walk-in shower. In the hall is a separate toilet.
The outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool. Just a 2 minute walk and guests kokke litter free.
The Zandenplas, a lovely lake in the middle of the forest, is just 5 minutes walk. Sand, water play job, and plenty of water fun
The playground is open for your children, a 2-minute walk from the cottage and was completely renovated in 2012. He is right next to the restaurant so you can keep eye if desired. From the terrace There are also ice cream, chips and takeaway food.
