The reservation conditions apply to every reservation. After receiving your reservation confirmation, you have 24 hours to cancel your reservation free of charge.

As for the costs arising from the cancellation of a reservation, we have adopted the rules used by most campsites:

• in case of cancellation up to three months before the commencement date 15% of the agreed price
• in case of cancellation up to two months before the commencement date 50% of the agreed price
• in case of cancellation up to one month before the start date 75% of the agreed price
• in case of cancellation within one month before the start date 90% of the agreed price
• in case of cancellation on the day, or after the day of the commencement date 100% of the agreed price

If we can sublet the reserved pitch or the rented object, we will charge the following amount:

• 5% of the agreed price.

A cancellation will be processed if it has been sent to us by e-mail containing your details, the dates of the holiday period, the pitch number, and the reason. The cancellation will take effect on the date of the e-mail.
