Our holiday farm is located on the outskirts of Camping Samoza in Vierhouten. The campsite is a super nice family campsite with many facilities and is beautifully situated on the Veluwe. The Veluwe is 1 of the most beautiful nature reserves in the Netherlands where there is also a lot of wildlife! The Veluwe is a beautiful area for walking, cycling and horseback riding over sand drifts, heathland and through beautiful forests. Camping Samoza is also known for spotting a lot of wildlife around and even on the campsite! In nearby Nunspeet you can enjoy shopping and fun events are regularly organized such as the famous fair on Eibertjesdag.

The Zandenplas with the adjacent Zandenbos is a beautiful recreational area for swimming or for wonderful walks.

The house has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 luxury sofa beds that can easily be transformed into full double beds. There is a separate toilet on the upper floor.

The bathroom is equipped with every luxury with a lovely walk-in shower and a large wall radiator.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge / freezer. 

From the living room you can walk straight into the garden through the patio doors. The garden surrounds the house and has sun all day long.

We bought this holiday farm in 2018 and then completely renovated it. We have stayed at the Samoza campsite for a number of years now and are in love with the area. After a busy working week, it is wonderful to relax in and around the woods of Vierhouten, where you can enjoy walking and cycling. With the various restaurants in Vierhouten it is also nice to stay in the evening.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Weekend 3 nights Fri-Mon, midweek 4 nights Mon-Fri, week 7 nights Fri-Fri and Mon-Mon 

Minimum age for making a booking is 21 years

The rental is done through Camping Samoza and a request is only final after receipt of confirmation. Use of the swimming pool at the park is included in the price.

Maximum 1 car per location
Arrival after 15:00 and departure before 10:00

Cancellation policy

- In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

- In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

- In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

 - In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

- In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
