Huisje 'de Berk' is a beautiful modern chalet that is fully equipped.
A spacious bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a bedroom with 2 separate single beds, a nice bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen. The living room is modern, with a nice sitting area, TV, own internet, and a round dining table.
But ... the garden is also an eye-catcher! With a real barrel sauna, beautiful flower garden and a shed for your bicycles.

We are Herman and Ellen Kool and we have a beautiful park. Surrounded by the Speulder and Sprielderbossen forests, a wonderful place to live, but also for recreation. Herman was born (and raised) here and can therefore tell you all the ins and outs of the area and where you have a chance to spot some wildlife.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
