Holiday farm De Ree Exchange

Directly on the edge of the Veluwe with its extensive forests and well-preserved heathlands, you will find our retreat, the Ree Exchange, in a small-scale and quiet bungalow park. Hidden behind large laurel hedges is the holiday bungalow, completely built in farmhouse style, with its thatched roof.

It is fully equipped and the large garden windows and patio doors, the open character of the kitchen and living room offer a wonderful living space with lots of light. The kitchen has recently been completely renovated and offers the opportunity to cook extensively.

We (as owners) are dog lovers ourselves. These are therefore very welcome in the Ree Exchange. The fully enclosed and sheltered garden offers peace and quiet for both our guests and their dogs. An off-leash area is less than a kilometer away. In addition to the forests, water is also available in the vicinity. Nulde beach, Horst beach and Erkemeder beach are located on the Nuldernauw, the latter is a paradise for dogs with its beach where dogs are welcome all year round.

De Ree Exchange has a user surface of almost 70 m2 and is located on a plot of 425 m2. At the front there are 2 on-site parking spaces and the backyard extends to a quiet dirt road where a horse and carriage occasionally passes by. A small garden shed is available for storing bicycles. There you will also find the necessary garden attributes. It is explicitly designed for 2 people.

A bedroom with a new double box spring, the bathroom, an extra room (possibly for the dog crate) with a cupboard wall on both sides, an internal storage room with washing machine and extra storage for supplies makes this holiday home a wonderfully livable whole. Of course there is WIFI! In the house you will find more information about walking and cycling routes. Various dining options in the nearby villages and the gems hidden in the woods. Recreational options and various excursions. Last but not least: Information about possible wildlife observations on the Veluwe will certainly not be missing.
