- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140 cm wide, separate mattresses) with its own sink.
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (160 cm wide, separate mattresses) with ensuite bathroom (toilet, sink and shower).
- Bedroom 3: Double bed with ensuite disabled bathroom, including adapted amenities such as grab rails at the toilet, a shower chair and a sink.
Upper floor
- Bedroom 4: Double bed (180 cm wide, separate mattresses) with access to a shared bathroom.
- Bedroom 5: Double bed (180 cm wide, separate mattresses) with access to a shared bathroom.
- Bedroom 6: Double bed (180 cm wide, separate mattresses) with private bathroom.
- Bedroom 7: Two bunk beds (80 cm wide per bed).

Spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchen
The ground floor is designed for comfort and togetherness. The modern open kitchen has an induction hob with six burners, two dishwashers and an American fridge with freezer and ice maker. This makes preparing meals for large groups easy and cozy. The adjoining living room has an attractive fireplace, ideal for relaxing moments with your company. In addition, you can enjoy the spacious covered terrace (8 x 4 meters), where a Grizzly Green Egg BBQ is standard (filled with coals for first use).

The large, fenced garden offers everything for a luxurious outdoor experience. Take a dip in the private heated outdoor pool (open in the warm months), relax in the private sauna or enjoy the hot tub. The panoramic view and the serene surroundings will make your stay complete.

From the estate you have direct access to the forest, perfect for walks and bike rides. For active guests, bicycle and E-chopper rental are available. Start your day with freshly baked bread, delivered by the local bakery.
