The tenant will keep the holiday home tidy, and he will have to compensate himself for all damage caused by his actions or otherwise. The obligation to pay compensation also applies if the home inventory and other objects belonging to the holiday home are missing. The tenant is also responsible for his guests, who must comply with the house rules. The tenant will only use the holiday home as a holiday accommodation. The tenant may not rent or loan the holiday home to third parties. Finally, we remind you once again that you sign the rental conditions by paying the rent.

We ask our tenants to respect the house rules. In the evening after 10 pm it is nice when it is quiet outside. Of course you can sit outside and talk, but there should be no nuisance to the environment. No music is allowed outside, not even during the day. Of course you can listen to your own music with headphones or earphones. In the summer, due to the risk of forest fire, it is mandatory to observe the provisions of the fire brigade regarding barbecuing on an open fire. If something in or around the house has broken, you must report this at the latest upon departure. Would you be so kind as to leave the house wipe clean, remove the beds and put the bed and kitchen linen together on the chair? We expect our tenants to treat all items in and around the house and the nature around us with respect. If there are problems or something is not working properly, you can report it to us.
