  • In case of cancellation up to 30 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge.  
  • In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price.  
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) to 7 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.  
  • In case of cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.  
  • If the tenant announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the full rent remains due
