Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) to 10 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price.
  • In case of cancellation from 10 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

For rental periods from 1 month we will agree on a price. The price will not include GWL and deposit.
