The Betuws Erfje is a sustainably renovated mini-farm, with a cozy dining kitchen, cozy living room and sleeping loft that together form one large space.
There is a new bathroom and separate toilet. The house is located in the owner's garden and has its own driveway and parking space.

The garden offers ample privacy. There is a private terrace with seating and a lushly growing grape that forms a green roof against the sun on the side of the house. Also a wonderful place to enjoy the evening sun.
There is an indoor storage room where (electric) bicycles can be stored.

The B&B is located in the middle of the historic village center (you can hear the church bell!) where there is a small market twice a week. Supermarket, some restaurants are directly walkable; swimming water and water sports facilities about 2 kilometers away.

The River area is fantastic for cycling, especially during blossom time. Directly outside Maurik the ferry sails to Amerongen, where the castle, the old center and the forests have much to offer.

Sometimes you dream of something and it comes your way due to unforeseen circumstances... With great pleasure, and with the help of children and friends, I was able to convert the outbuilding in the garden of my house into an attractive holiday home. Since the summer of '23 I have been receiving guests who I see enjoying the peace, the garden and the surroundings. From yoga teachers to a young family who came for the Christmas holidays. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The Betuws Erfje is particularly suitable for two people. In consultation, a sofa bed or possibly a folding bed can be used for extra guests (but please realize that all rooms merge into each other), Additional guests pay an expense surcharge of 25 euros per night per person.
The house is less suitable for children, but parents who want to bring a little one (not yet climbing stairs) are of course very welcome. (There is no extra charge for this).

Cancellation information:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he/she must notify the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed to the landlord by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he/she will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 1 week to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he/she will not make any use of the rented property, he/she will continue to owe the full rent.
