This house is located directly on the water, where you can also moor a boat at the private jetty (maximum 10 meters) during the water sports season. And at high tide you won't get your feet wet because the house can float. Isn't that a unique location?

If you don't have your own boat, canoes, bicycles, kayaks, tandems, sups, scooters, tuk tuks, sloops, sailboats and motorboats etc. are also available for rent locally. There are also very nice day activities to do here and you can enjoy swimming!

Because recreation here is really a party, because it is bustling with facilities. Beautiful campsites, marinas, restaurants, hotels, boat rentals, tour companies, fishing and of course the beautiful nature make every visit unforgettable. Due to the open connection to De Maas, the water sports possibilities here are endless.

Upon arrival you can park both cars in front of the house. The front garden is located on the west, so you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late in the evening. The beautiful lawn with trampoline and the plant borders offer a nice and green look to the water house. You can also enjoy a book in the hammock on the large terrace next to the house during the day with perhaps a nice glass of wine.

The entrance is on the side of the house. From here you have access to the living room with kitchen where the patio doors to the terrace give an open view of the water and the boats of the marinas.

On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds that are equipped for use by children. Toys are also available here so that they also have wonderful days. Of course, the beds are also suitable for adults if desired.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a great view over the water. Now that's a fairytale awakening!

The bathroom is complete with a bath, shower cubicle, sink with vanity unit and toilet.

But the real eye-catcher here is of course the terrace that offers a view over De Gouden Ham. Enjoy all the special things that the flora and fauna by the water has to offer from the private decking terrace. The beautiful sunrise can be greeted in the morning with a delicious cup of coffee and a morning newspaper. Now that's a fantastic start to a day off by the water!!

The house is not rented to groups of young people. Organizing (bachelor) parties and drinking parties is forbidden in this house.
