Our House is located at Bungalow Park De Goudsberg in a beautiful location in the Lunterse Buurtbos. Near the center of the Netherlands. There are many hiking trails and cycling nodes in the area. There is even a trail for mountain bikers in the forest. You can walk straight from our house into the forest, dogs are welcome.

If you rent our house you can enjoy the tranquility of our garden, the birds chirping and if you are lucky a squirrel in the tree. Enjoy the Lunters Buurtbos and the tranquility that the area offers you.

Why the name Klomp Sy Huis

You may wonder why Klomp Sy Huis is called that. We will explain that. Klomp Sy Huis is Afrikaans for Klomp's house. We are called from our last name Klomp and love Africa a lot. Africa has brought us together as a couple. We listen to a lot of African music and have family in South Africa.

In our house you will find many African influences. There is a display case with African souvenirs, in the living room there is a zebra painting, in the master bedroom there are zebra lamps next to the bed. In the garden you will find zinc creations (a giraffe and meerkats) and an African statue.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We charge tourist tax with every booking. The tourist tax is €1.20 per person per night. Children up to 3 years old do not have to pay tourist tax

The extra costs are on top of our night, midweek, weekend or week price. We do not charge service fees.
  • Tourist tax: € 1.25 per person per night
  • One-time cleaning costs: €70
  • We charge a surcharge for bringing a dog: €2.15 per night, €4.30 per weekend, €8.60 per midweek and €15 per week
At Klomp Sy Huis you can choose whether you bring your own bed linen or towels. But you can also rent it. Household linen is provided as standard and consists of a towel, tea towel and 2 pot holders.

Additional for rent:
  • Bed linen package (1 person duvet cover, pillowcase and bottom sheet): € 9.00 per person.
  • Towel package (2 towels and 2 bath towels): €5.00 per person
