A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, equipped for 2 people. It is located in a quiet park near Lochem.

The log cabin has one double room with a bed of 1.80 wide with 2 duvets.

The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. A bistro is located in the park. Furthermore, there are no general facilities.

The cottage is 3 km from the center and is located against a beautiful forest area.

There is a small shed to store 2 bicycles. The space:
The log cabin consists of a hall, living room with open kitchen and one bedroom. There is a shower and a separate toilet.

The log cabin is heated by a heat pump and a wood stove. Wood is available.

You have a private garden, in the garden there is a 'Wim Hof' bath. (a Tub with cold water). This can be filled in consultation.

There is a private parking space.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
