Welcome to the Notenboom, our most luxurious holiday home for 6 people. In addition to luxurious wellness facilities, the house also offers a spacious garden and a beautiful view over the Achterhoek nature. From your private and nicely heated swimming pool with jet stream, you can look straight into the adjacent meadow. The beautiful Achterhoek bocage landscape is your neighbor. The cozy interior, extensive and luxurious facilities and idyllic location make the Notenboom the ideal choice for an unforgettable holiday experience.
At the front of the house you can enjoy the view over a beautiful pond, while at the back the garden offers complete privacy and is located entirely on the sun. Experience a panoramic view from your own large (1050 m2) garden with complete privacy from the hot tub and cool off under the covered terrace with fireplace and infrared sauna.
🛋️ The living room with open kitchen
The living room of the Notenboom is furnished with a lovely round sofa where you can sit down with your company and enjoy the crackling fire of the fireplace. The house has an oval-shaped table that gives your dining experience that little bit extra. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, equipped with all conveniences. This modern kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine (Nespresso). A cozy round dining table makes it possible to enjoy a meal together.
🛁 Bathroom and other facilities
On the ground floor of the Notenboom you will find the bathroom with walk-in shower and sun shower. The bathroom has good lighting with a large mirror and sink. Both on the ground floor and the first floor there is a separate toilet with sink and mirror. In addition, the house has a washing machine and dryer.
🛏️ The bedrooms
De Notenboom has three spacious bedrooms, equipped with double box springs where you can relax. In addition, there is also a cot (size 60 x 120 cm) for a child up to the age of 2 years.

Our most luxurious wellness home has numerous facilities. Next to the house you will find your own wood-fired hot tub and the beautiful private heated swimming pool with jet stream (open from Easter to the end of September). The house also features a Finnish sauna with a large window overlooking the wooded area. In the spacious garden you will find a lovely outdoor shower, and in the bathroom of the house you can enjoy the sun shower while showering to tan your skin.

The garden of the Notenboom offers several wonderful places to relax. Next to the wellness facilities, you will find a lovely table where you can enjoy the beautiful summer evenings until late during the summer months. There is also a lovely covered terrace with a lounge sofa and fireplace to enjoy the fire until the late hours. There are also several lounge areas in the garden to enjoy the sun and nature. The garden offers complete privacy, so you can enjoy your stay in peace.
