Casa Lara

Chalet Lara is quietly  located on the edge of the Kerkendel Estate.  This estate is excellently managed by an active  cooperative of owners. The location of the chalet is particularly beautiful, facing south and from the house and spacious garden overlooking a beautiful pond with fountains. The  2 terraces are equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a dining table  and large garden parasol. There is a lawn with automatic watering, there are  possibilities to lie or sit in the sun as well as in the shade.

The chalet has central heating.
The bright living room with adjoining open kitchen overlooks the garden and the pond. You also imagine yourself outside inside.  In the living room there is a modern comfortable leather corner sofa and 2 leather design armchairs from where you can look into the garden as well as the very large flat screen  TV. This is connected to the digital TV facility of the park. There is also a well-functioning Wi-Fi facility.
The well-equipped kitchen with 4 burner gas stove, oven / microwave and large fridge with freezer compartment is at your disposal. Pans, nice cutlery and crockery are provided. 

The cool master bedroom has a spacious double box spring bed with excellent mattresses. There is a large linen closet with sliding doors, with plenty of hanging and shelving space. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

 The bathroom has an extractor system, a spacious shower cubicle and thermostatic tap and a matching vanity unit . The washing machine is also located here. 


The 2nd bedroom  has 2 single beds and closet space  above the beds. The window is equipped with mosquito nets.

 There is also a garden shed with storage space for garden tools and storage for bicycles. The parking space at the front, where the front door is also located, offers space for 2 large  cars.
