The location of the chalet is particularly beautiful, facing south and overlooking a beautiful pond with fountains from the house and spacious garden. The 2 terraces are equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a dining table and large garden parasol. There is a lawn with automatic irrigation, and there are options to lie or sit in the sun and in the shade.

The bright living room with adjoining open kitchen overlooks the garden and pond. Even inside you feel like you're outside. The living room has a modern comfortable corner sofa and 2 armchairs from which you can view the garden and the very large flat-screen TV. This is connected to the park's digital TV facility. There is also a well-functioning WiFi facility.
The well-equipped kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, oven/microwave and large refrigerator with freezer compartment is at your disposal. Pans, nice cutlery and crockery are provided.
The cool master bedroom has a spacious double box-spring bed with excellent mattresses. There is a large linen cupboard with sliding doors, with sufficient hanging and shelving space. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The bathroom is equipped with an extraction system, a spacious shower cabin and thermostatic tap and matching bathroom furniture. The washing machine is also located here.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and cupboard space above the beds. The window is equipped with mosquito nets.
There is also a garden shed with storage space for garden tools and storage options for bicycles. The parking space at the front, where the front door is also located, offers space for 2 large cars.
Across the street from the Kerkendel estate is the De Berkenhorst holiday park, with many facilities such as a restaurant, shop and bicycle rental, which can also be used.
