The cozy nature house is a comfortably adapted baking house and is located on a private property, on the edge of the forest. The cottage and is very suitable as a starting point for walkers and cyclists. The Veluwe and the Randmeer area are an ideal place for people looking for peace and quiet in a nature house in Hulshorst and who want to walk and cycle in the nearby woods, heaths and sand drifts on the Veluwe. The holiday cottage is over 60 m2 and is designed for two (adult) persons. The holiday home has access to a beautiful private forest garden of approximately 1000 m2. You park on your own property. Dogs are not allowed.

Everything is nearby: nature, wildlife, water and nice towns. That makes this place so special: not only woods and trees, but also heaths and sand drifts, the ancient polder with its own vistas and water. Where else do you have that? The cottage has a spacious living room with TV, gas fireplace, a comfortable leather sofa; a fully equipped attractive dining kitchen; a bathroom with a spacious shower, a bedroom with a comfortable spacious double bed.

Explanation of prices

Within 48 hours of your reservation you must have paid the deposit and a deposit of 30% according to your confirmation and invoice. The remaining amount must be paid 45 days before arrival. The booking is only final after receipt of the deposit and the down payment.
- When booking within 14 to 5 days before arrival, you must pay the entire payment before arrival.
- When booking within 4 days before arrival, payment must be made in cash upon arrival.

CANCEL
In the unlikely event that you have to cancel, the following provisions apply:

In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the start of your stay, you owe 30% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation more than 2 weeks before the start of your stay, you owe 50% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start, you owe the entire total amount.
You can insure yourself against these costs by taking out cancellation insurance with cover for a Dutch recreational object.
