This cozy chalet is located on the edge of a campsite, the Zandkuil, with a beautiful unobstructed view and its own enclosed garden. The chalet is within walking distance of the forest and heath (Zwolse Bos) and is equipped with all amenities.

You will love this place for its beautiful surroundings, comfortable bed and cozy decor. The second bedroom also has a good bunk bed. There are also 4 granny bikes available that can be used free of charge.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must alwaysbe confirmed in writing or by email to landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
