Centrally located in the Achterhoek forests are our newly built (2022) luxury next to each other holiday homes. The houses are both on a spacious plot which provides a lot of peace and privacy and are fully equipped. Very complete, attractive and luxuriously furnished, everything has been thought of!
The box-spring beds are equipped with duvets and pillows, and there is also one bath towel per person for you. As you can see, everything is included - you only need to bring your own linen.
Avoiding transportation and washing bedding helps reduce water and energy consumption, contributing to a more sustainable stay.
The fully equipped kitchen lacks nothing, kitchen package is also available. The living room with cozy gas fireplace is equipped with a smart TV, you can also watch your favorite streaming service on it.
The house is equipped with super fast fiber optic internet (WiFi).
The patio doors give access to the garden with a very spacious terrace. The beautifully landscaped well-maintained garden completes the picture.
A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal in the storage room.
On the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom including whirlpool bath, walk-in shower with Sunshower.
The upper floor has 2 additional bedrooms and a 2nd luxury bathroom with walk-in shower.
There is also a beautiful 4 person sauna.
The house has a bicycle shed with charging point for electric bicycles.

There is plenty to do in the area. From the house you can walk or cycle straight into the forest, there are various cycling routes available. But also the nearby places such as Doetinchem, Zelhem, Ruurlo and Zutphen can all be reached quickly. Also visit one of the castles in the area! You will not be disappointed in the culinary field either. In the adjacent Zelhem and in, for example, the Grutstraat in Doetinchem there are several restaurants, something for everyone. Of course, cooking yourself is also an option, this will not be a punishment in the newly fully equipped luxury kitchen. Every Saturday afternoon from 13:00 to 16:00, the local motorsport club Halmac holds a training that is free of charge for everyone. Nice to go and watch, a real Achterhoek experience! In addition, the maze and the castle in Ruurlo are worth a visit. Afterwards you can spoil yourself with a delicious pancake at De Heijkamp in Ruurlo (Dutch champion).
It is a quiet forest park! No youth groups, (bachelor) parties. We only rent to holiday guests, not business rentals.
Our holiday homes are less suitable for families with children.
