Holiday home de Blokhut, relaxing in a beautiful spot in the Achterhoek.

Our beautiful log cabin is located in the beautiful green holiday park De Fontein in Eibergen. The park is small-scale, quietly located and offers the perfect base for walking and cycling trips through the Gelderland scenic landscape. A stone's throw away from our cottage is a beautiful lake with sandy beach canoes and pedal boats, where you can relax on beautiful days. The beach and lake are only accessible to park guests and are therefore always wonderfully quiet.

In the immediate vicinity you will find the following facilities;

• Eibergen center at approx. 2.5 km
• Outdoor swimming pool / adventure park / zoo at approx. 1.5 km
• Public transport at approx. 1.5 km
• Germany at approx. 6 km
• Shopping in the nice center of Enschede / Winterswijk about 20 minutes by car

The holiday home;

In the spring of 2021, the log cabin was completely renovated and tastefully decorated. There is room for 4 to 5 guests, whereby 5 guests must be discussed in advance.

The spacious living room with large kitchen is fully equipped such as dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, TV, WiFi, and so on. Due to the high ceiling and the large amount of wood, the whole exudes a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The 4 French doors to the large deck terrace ensure that on nice days inside and outside are wonderfully connected.

The cottage is also equipped with a separate toilet and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower. You can also use the 2 person infrared sauna.

Both bedrooms are brightly decorated, with high ceilings here too. Of course equipped with comfortable double beds with pillows and single duvets. A "loft bed" will be placed in one of the bedrooms for the 5th person.

As already mentioned, there is a large deck terrace, a lovely garden with lots of privacy and you can use the available barbeque. In addition, there is a private parking space for your car and a shelter to store your bicycles. The log cabin is smoke and pet free.
