The detached country house is beautifully situated in a wooded area. It is located on the edge of Bospark Dennenrhode and is surrounded by a spacious garden. To preserve the natural appearance as much as possible, the garden is not completely fenced. Various birds and squirrels often come to the garden and on the terrace for food. That is and remains a fascinating spectacle.

From the garden you walk directly into the forest where there is a beautiful sand drift a short walk away. The Veluwemeer is also a short cycling distance away. You can enjoy various cycling and walking routes in the area through forests, heathlands and agricultural areas.

Several villages including 't Harde, Nunspeet and Elburg are also within a short cycling distance. This turns shopping into a wonderfully relaxing bike ride through nature. There are good men's and women's bicycles with gears in the shed at your disposal. Authentic towns such as Kampen, Hattem and Zwolle are a little further away but will certainly surprise you.
There is a fixed internet connection with problem-free reception.

The house is completely and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room with a luxurious open kitchen and an attractive fireplace. There is also a hall, a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet.

On the top floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small but beautiful and extremely handy bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. In the extension In the small extension on the ground floor there is a single bed with an extra trundle bed. So a total of 6 people can stay overnight. This space was originally intended as a box bed, so the space is limited.

Cancellation. If you cancel up to 28 days before the day of arrival, the cancellation costs are 50% of the total rental amount. If you cancel within 28 days before the start of the rental agreement, the total costs are due, unless the bungalow can be rented to others during this period. In that case, 10% of the rental price will be charged. You can insure yourself against this risk by taking out cancellation insurance elsewhere.
Both the bungalow and the park are not suitable for groups of young people. Reservations by groups of young people are therefore rejected.
