The beautiful land of Maas & Waal has a lot to offer. For water lovers, there are of course the Waal and the various ponds (Uivermeertjes, Groene Heuvels, Gouden Ham, etc.). In addition, Maas & Waal still has a rural appearance with its characteristic green meadows, wooded areas, small villages and farmlands, which guarantees hours of walking and cycling pleasure.

You will stay in the front house, which has its own entrance and garden, so that you will experience sufficient privacy!

In 2019 we decided to move to beautiful Deest. We bought the house on the Bijmansstraat in Deest. The house was first a farm and then a butcher's shop. Now it serves as a double house. The front house, with its own entrance and garden and the back house where we live, Etienne and Iris and dog Mika. Next to the house is a former stable that we have converted into a guest house/meeting room.
Since then, we have been enjoying the beautiful nature with its many animals every day!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Bed and bath linen are provided and included in the price!
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
