We have completely renovated this house. It's so super spotless, so hip and so cosy.

Stunning garden with hot tub
That garden. What a space. Front, back and sides. Where do you want to sit? This detached house stands on a plot of over 700 m2 with a trampoline for the kids. Plenty of room for you to plop down. Or rather splash? Because we have a serious hot tub ready for you.

Wellness - You will certainly succeed with a hot tub!
Imagine it...... Busy period behind us, had a long journey and then arrive at Achterhoekshuisje. Isn't there a serious hot tub waiting for you, filled with fresh water? If you want us to also heat up the hot tub for you, click on the option: 'Heated pool' when booking. Then we have warmed up the tub for you upon arrival. It's a matter of changing, putting on bath slippers and relaxing in the soothing hot tub. You can linger in it for hours. Have a nice glass and look at the Achterhoek stars high in the sky. You can make extensive use of this hot tub for 3 days.

Uh... just have a look inside? We start with the living room and kitchen.
Inside we have everything ready. Obviously it is spotless. We find that very important ourselves. But also very attractive. A nice living room with nice wood stove and serious air conditioning, TV (Ziggo), cozy decor. Oh yes the kitchen .... More than complete. An oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and kitchen cupboards that are completely filled with only useful things. You can use anything.

Stairs to the top - Master bedroom and luxurious bathroom
A nice staircase takes you to the master bedroom. Lovely clean beds are made and covered ready for you. No more looking back either. Nice lights, enough sockets and a serious air conditioner to keep the bedroom nice and cool during a hot summer day. This is great sleep! No sounds. Just rest and sleep.

awake? Just shower
One door further and you are in the luxurious bathroom. A wonderful shower with thermostatic tap ensures that you wake up fit. In addition, of course, a toilet with sufficient toilet paper, a beautiful sink with mirror. Everything is spic and span clean. Oh yes ... doing laundry is done in no time with the washing machine. You can just use this one. We even have detergent ready for you. And of course a whole pile of fresh towels and large towels for the hot tub.

Steps down and another flight of stairs down - 2 bedrooms
With your eye at garden height you enter the basement. How beautifully finished! Here are 2 bedrooms.
The larger bedroom has 2 single beds with fantastic mattresses, all made and covered. Nice reading lights and possibility to charge your phone.
The smaller bedroom is cozy and practical. There is a solid bunk bed. How nice it is for the top sleeper to stare into the green garden oasis when waking up.
The bedrooms are wonderfully cool in the summer. In the winter we have turned on the underfloor heating for you.

Light a fire?
In the winter we light the wood stove for you. That's nice to arrive. We provide a supply of wood to light it again later.
Do you enjoy staring at a fire outside? Can be arranged. We have a nice fire pit. You have to light it yourself. Roasting marshmallows or bread dough on a stick with the kids. What fun that can be. Possibly. can be ordered from us wood.
