The farm dates from 1867 and you can see and feel that. Not everything, or frankly, nothing, is perfectly straight or new, and that's part of the character of this place. If you are looking for an authentic group home with atmosphere and history, then this is the place to be.

There are 18 beds, so you can sleep with 18 people here. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The living areas are especially suitable for groups of up to about 16 people. It also fits with 18 people, but then it is a bit less spacious — nice to know that in advance, right?

You will stay in the middle of nature, with nice rooms and a beautiful kitchen. Each bedroom has its own shower and toilet.

Outside you have a view of the water or the meadows. Pets are welcome.

In the yard you will find a restaurant and a private sauna that can be reserved. You can cycle, paddle, sloop or just do nothing.

Inside you will find several luxurious farm rooms with a lovely bed and a private shower and toilet. There is a spacious kitchen, cozy sitting areas and plenty of space to dine together, play games or relax.

Large windows offer a view of nature and the surrounding meadows. Outside there is plenty of space to sit, chat or just enjoy the silence.

Everything is carefully arranged for a relaxing stay with your whole group.

You have several luxury farm rooms, each with its own shower and toilet. In addition, there is a kitchen, several sitting areas and nice dining areas. All living spaces are on the ground floor and exclusively for you.

The farm has its own entrance and front door. Outside there is a private terrace with a view over the Elfstedenwater or the meadows.

In addition, you can use the orchard and the yard around the farm.

During your stay we are ready to make it extra pleasant.

In the yard is restaurant WeidumerHout, where you are welcome for breakfast, lunch or dinner when it is open. Reservations are useful, especially on weekends. The sauna is also located in the yard and can be booked privately.

You will stay in an authentic group farm near the Elfstedenwater and vast meadows. Everything is private: a private entrance, several bedrooms with private bathroom, a nice kitchen, indoor seating and an outdoor terrace.

Dogs are welcome — please let us know in advance. You can go on the water with a SUP, canoe or sloop. The area is perfect for walking and Leeuwarden is about 5 kilometers away, about 15 minutes by bike.
