In 2004 we bought our first home in Oudemirdum. We thought it was very nice to give people a nice holiday that we decided to build 2 more houses in Tzummarum. Especially the peace, space, the beautiful surroundings and the unobstructed view from our homes in Friesland really appealed to us. All houses are located in a quiet park and are a good base for day trips in the area. We invite you to enjoy one of our homes and the beautiful surroundings!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation:

5.1 If the rental agreement is cancelled by the tenant or leaves the rented property prematurely or if the tenant fails to occupy the rented property before 18.00 on the day that the rental period commences, the tenant will owe the total rent. In case of cancellation up to 90 days before the time, we will charge 35% of the rental price and the reservation costs.

If cancelled up to 60 days before arrival 75%, and if cancelled up to 7 days before arrival date 100%. It is recommended to always take out your own cancellation and liability insurance.
