This luxury 6-person holiday home is located on recreation park "De Friese Wadden", a quiet park, located a few kilometers from the Wadden Sea, Franeker and Harlingen, It is a great base for trips to, for example, Leeuwarden, one of the Wadden Islands or the lake area.
The house is located on a plot of over 500 m2 and has a fully fenced garden. This is ideal with small children or dogs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the house. Pets stay here for free.
The house is fully equipped and has a very spacious living room with open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, Senseo and regular coffee maker. Furthermore, the house has a TV, radio, washing machine and dryer, cot and high chair. Free Wi-Fi is also available. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (with mosquito nets), each with 2 single beds and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
There are 2 parking spaces on the plot of over 500 m2.
The house is intended for recreational purposes. Housing of employees/workers is not allowed. (Youth) groups are also not welcome in the house.
The park has a swimming pool (free access), a playground, a snack bar and free use of the tennis courts. There is a bakery within walking distance, where a limited range of groceries is also available.
Every year around Ascension Day there is a small fair in the village, next to the park. Then the village festival also takes place.
At this park we have another house, Bargereed 27, which is also available for rent, but no pets are allowed there.
