At Seulle State you really feel at home, far from home, reading in the garden room, bathing in the jacuzzi room, eating in the dining room or relaxing in the Wilhelminakamer. Large groups will find peace and space here.
The villa is located at the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. Seulle State is a nice base to explore the Wadden area. From Harlingen there are several daily ferry services (shipping company Doeksen) to Vlieland and Terschelling (45 minutes), so that an island can be visited in one day.
In the area you can enjoy walking, cycling, mudflat walking, watching birds and seals and get a breath of fresh air along the dyke. The space and beautiful colors of the fields and fields are impressive. Sometimes I have the feeling of walking into a painting during a walk. This area is unique in Europe.
The villa has the following spaces:
On the ground floor the vestibule, reception room, jacuzzi room with 3rd shower, toilet, garden room, dining room, dining kitchen and Wilhelminakamer.
Upstairs 6 bedrooms, one with roof terrace, fitness room with shower / steam cabin, pool table, air hockey table, bathroom, toilet, laundry room and loggia.
With its large family table, the spacious garden offers the opportunity for a cozy BBQ. There is a jumping trampoline for the children.
The villa is centrally located on the plot of 2000 m2 and therefore plenty of space and privacy around the property. Sint Jacobiparochie is a peaceful village. The Bildkers are quiet and sober in nature. Accessible and certainly not stiff.
The municipality of Het Bildt has been very popular in recent years and we find that not so strange. Het Bildt has something extra. In addition to tranquility, space, clean air and beautiful clouds, Bildt offers almost everything you could wish for. From a sauna and a sub-tropical swimming pool to a high-quality store stock. Sint Annaparochie in particular has a large selection of shops. And at 20 minutes by car from Leeuwarden, you can go wild in the Frisian capital
A special feature of Sint Jacobiparochie is that the pilgrim route to Santiago de Compostela starts here. In the large church, against the ceiling in a light show, the vision of Charlemagne, who has 'seen' the route in his dreams, is depicted. This is accessible to the public.
Other special places to visit are: Leeuwarden (20 min), Franeker (15 min), Harlingen (20 min) the Afsluitdijk (20 min) beach Makkum (25 min)
