Luxury holiday home in a renovated wagon shed at Valburg arable farm. Enjoy a stay on the Frisian farmland. Near the Wadden Sea, a 15-minute drive from the capital Leeuwarden and 1 km from the Eleven Cities Route. Also an ideal base for visiting the Wadden Islands, Holwerd (Ameland) and Harlingen (Vlieland/Terschelling) are both a 20-minute drive away.

The house has been completely renovated and insulated. With wood stove and underfloor heating for the cold days and sliding doors and its own piece of pear orchard for the warm days. Lots of peace and privacy on our farmyard.

- Large living space with kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer,
coffee maker, kettle, etc. Room with lounge sofa,
wood stove, flat screen Samsung smart TV, radio
- 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), each with a double bed

Welcome. We are the Dankert family and farmers in this place for over 100 years. Because the wagon shed was no longer needed for the arable farm, we renovated it into a luxury holiday home. If you want a place to relax and enjoy the wide Friesland, come to our house. Please take a look at the photos!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price includes:

- Bed linen - Kitchen textiles - Electricity and gas - wood for wood stove

Price does not include:

- Final cleaning (mandatory) - Towels (optional)

Reservation is final after payment of 50% of the rent (when booking more than 1 month before arrival, the remainder must be paid 1 month before arrival). When booking within 1 month of arrival date, the full travel sum must be paid immediately.

Deposit will be charged in advance and will be refunded within 10 days of departure, if no damages are found.

Cancellation or rebooking free of charge up to 1 month before arrival date. In case of cancellation within 1 month before arrival date, 50% of the rent will be charged.

Check-in time: from 15:00 (or later), self check-in possible
Check-out: no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure
