The House:
Comfortable stone detached house with sunny secluded south-east facing garden with unobstructed views of the meadow. The private driveway has space for three cars.

The park:
The house is located in a very quiet, small-scale recreation park, without facilities (no reception, restaurant, etc.).

Facilities:
WiFi, Sonos WiFi speaker, television with regular channels and Netflix, underfloor heating, washing machine, kitchen with appliances (combi microwave and dishwasher), fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, good beds, duvets and pillows, bed linen and garden furniture.

Room layout (3 bedrooms):
On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed.
Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a desk and two desk chairs.

Area:
The house is located in the Frisian hamlet of Rohel (<300 inhabitants) - municipality of De Fryske Marren - and is a fifteen minute walk from the Tjeukemeer. At the lake you will find a beach pavilion, beach, playground equipment, dog beach, place for fishing and a harbor with slipway.
It is wonderful walking, bird watching, water sports, fishing and cycling in the area. In the carport there is a children's bicycle and 3 neat bicycles for adults.
Nearby are Joure (7 km), Echtenerbrug (8 km), Heerenveen (12 km), Sint Nicolaasga (12 km) and the 'Kameleondorp' Terherne (17 km). It is about half an hour's drive to Leeuwarden and within an hour you are in Harlingen for the boat to Terschelling and Schiermonnikoog.
There are several supermarkets nearby (including Jumbo and AH). The nearest is the Spar in Rotsterhaule (4 km).
