Our chalet is located in a beautiful spot, on the edge of the Gaasterland forests, with the IJsselmeer 6 km away. A fantastic environment to enjoy the peace, space, forest and water. Also nice to serve as a home base to explore the area.

The chalet of 11x4 meters is neatly furnished and equipped with every comfort and is located on a beautiful spacious pitch at the “de Zonneheuvel” campsite in Oudemirdum. There is room for 4 people. You can park next to the chalet.

The chalet is located on the edge of the chalet park, the garden is neat and colorful. You have sun all day long, if it gets too hot you can use the screens on the outside of the chalet. The roof planters provide natural shade, nice to be able to sit outside when the sun is shining very brightly.

The entire chalet is at your disposal, including a shed where you can store your bicycles. In the shed you will also find garden chairs with cushions and a table that you can use. Behind the chalet there is a roof where you can also store bicycles, but it is also wonderful to relax.

Nice to be able to introduce myself like this. I am Joke Mulder, owner of this chalet. Every now and then I rent this chalet. This is located in a beautiful location in a small-scale and quiet park just on the edge of the Gaasterland forest. With the beautiful nature reserve "de Wyldemerk" within walking distance.
Forests and water make me happy, I hope to be able to pass on a little of that happiness.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
