GROUP ACCOMMODATION DE BERCH: SPACE, NATURE AND WATER SPORTS

Group accommodation De Berch is popular all year round with quiet groups of friends, colleagues, small school groups and families. The location directly on open water in the Alde Feanen National Park makes this place perfect for lovers of nature and water sports. The property features a private lawn down to the water's edge, terraces and an attached conservatory. The long private jetty offers a magnificent view over the Frisian waters.

SPACE AND COMFORT
The group accommodation is built on the site of a former haystack, hence the name De Berch. With a cozy lounge, a garden room and 11 bedrooms, this accommodation can accommodate up to 40 people (50 including children).

- In the colder months, De Berch is suitable for groups of up to about 30 people, because the garden room is not heated
- For larger winter groups, we recommend our accommodation Jister, which has a more spacious living space
- For smaller groups, nature house Goudûle on Pean-buiten is a suitable option
- We are happy to think along with you about the best accommodation option for your group

ACTIVITIES AND MEALS
- At Pean we offer various group activities, such as sailing, cycling, slooping, Escape Island, supping and canoeing
- Our cook can provide tasty meals
- It is possible to book bed linen
- In consultation we are happy to put together a complete package

On the ground floor there are:
- A cozy living room
- A fully equipped open kitchen
- Sanitary facilities and three bedrooms (total of 14 beds)

On the upper floor:
- Eight bedrooms (total of 38 beds)
- An extra toilet

All bedrooms have their own sink. The other sanitary facilities are shared: 4 showers and 7 toilets. There is a pillow on each bed.

De Berch is located in a quiet holiday park with 2 group accommodations and 12 nature houses, ideal for lovers of water sports and nature experience. You will not stay here alone, but among guests who come to enjoy nature. For that reason, this accommodation is not suitable for groups who come to party exuberantly.

The accommodation has a quality music system.

- Use of your own music systems is not allowed
