Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arrival/departure days, arrival time, minimum stay and departure time:

Arrival: after 3:00 pm / Departure: before 11:00 am

Booking conditions:
Deposit: 50% of amount within 7 days after booking
Balance no later than 49 days (7 weeks) before arrival
Bookings within 8 weeks immediately full amount

Cancellation:
6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent.
In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 60% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 80%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
